Milton Park Hotel and Resort

A place with good customer service and better rooms for good comfort.

You made our first time in Kano a beautiful. I love the hotel. So beautiful, clean and all staff are friendly. The food is too delicious A 2nd visit to Kano, Milton hotel will still be our home outside home.

The room doesn't have a footwear in the convenience. Called the restaurant for breakfast and waited for more than 30 minutes and no meal was brought, i had to call again and was told their cooking gas was finished and this development wasn't communicated to me until I called for head up for the meal. I left because I was already late for work. The location can be easily located but the road path is not tarred so, one is likely to inhale dust because of the amount of sand on the road path to the location. For business sake, tha management could do something about it.

Visited the open bar with a couple of friends after the governorship election because the location is close to the polling unit. Cool ambience, prompt service, tasty and delicious stick meat and a relaxed atmosphere. I think a proper sound system should be introduced instead of the MP3 player used.

I use this hotel as much as I can whenever I am in Kano The ambience is great, the staffs are courteous. The food is amazing and the rooms are well kept and cleaned daily It is regularly used by elites and it is not far from the Airport. Just about 5 minutes drive.

Our first night here, they gave us a bad room. The toilet wouldn't flush, the toilet was leaking water everywhere and the bathroom tap was poor and the floor was flooded after using the shower. The front desk staff we met later yesterday night was dismissive when we asked for the hotel wifi password. She was so clueless and she wasn't willing to help. Today being the 2nd day, we have been allocated another room and that doesn't have the issues yesterday's room had. Also the front desk staff working this morning was more helpful and was finally able to provide us with the password for the hotel wifi.

Milton Park Hotel and Resort gave me a memorable experience at my last visit. Great Customer service, amazing facilities and environment. It deserves to be ranked as one of the top best Hotels in the hearts of Kano. I like the fact that they are improving on their services too. I'll love to visit again soon

It was a 3 nights of wow at the Milton Park Hotel & Resort, cozy rooms and comfortable too. The place is being properly maintained and the staff are very courteous. It might not be too easy to get a space here except you book in advance due to the high patronage. Room rates are very ok compared to other hotels of lesser standard yet similar cost. The hotel is currently expanding and the new site just opposite promises to be even better. It's a home away from home any day.
